What areas do you serve?

Respectful assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, hygiene, and daily routines.

Are your caregivers background checked?

Yes. Caregivers are screened before placement, including background checks, reference checks, and review of qualifications, experience, and availability.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes. Transportation and errands may be provided as part of a scheduled non-medical care or companion care visit. EverGrove Home Care does not operate as a taxi, livery, ambulance, medical transportation company, or stand-alone transportation provider.

What is the minimum number of service hours?

Our standard minimum is expected to be a three-hour visit. Final scheduling options may vary based on client needs, caregiver availability, and service location.

Do you provide medical services?

No. EverGrove Home Care provides non-medical home care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, therapy, or clinical services. Our focus is personal care, companion care, homemaker support, respite care, and daily living assistance.

How quickly can services begin?

Care may begin after the initial consultation, care needs review, caregiver matching, and required onboarding steps are completed. Timing depends on the client’s needs, location, schedule, and caregiver availability.

How are care plans developed?

Care plans are developed after learning about the client’s needs, preferences, routines, home environment, and family goals. The plan is designed to support safe, comfortable, and consistent care at home.

Do families participate in care planning?

Yes. Family input is an important part of the care planning process. We work with families to understand priorities, preferences, routines, and any concerns that should be considered when arranging care.
